Happened to call into this place for lunch, only to find that they only do teas and sticky buns, but thats another story.

First thing I noticed was a sign at the entrance saying motorhomes welcome, then a very large RV that seems to be set up as a permanent residence beside the craft shop and cafe.

When leaving I then noticed a new motorhome parking area that is under construction. At least 4 bays in gravel with grass between. Views of Srabo Tower and Strangford Lough. Looks like it will be a great spot.

Sorry I didn't get speaking to the owners, (Wendy needed lunch). Just wondering if any other Craic members in the Comber/Ards area have the inside story. I'll try and call again soon and have a chat.

Looks more like a private initiative by a Motorhomer. I'll call and speak with him next time I'm going to Ards.

Wendy called in today and spoke to the lady in the cafe. She said it was her husbands project and he was currently laying the drains but She had no idea when it would open. They are Motorhomers themselves, so this should be a good site. Watch this space.
