Bought a Bullfinch exterior shower from Cak Tanks at the NEC and fitted it today.
Not really as difficult as I thought it would be.

Lol, I just disconnected mine today. It was just inside the garage door and the regulator had seized, so the hose had been tied in a knot since I got the van. As the garage is heated and the heating has been on on recent outings, I have had to jump out of bed when the pump has unexpectedly sprung into action as the hose has popped off due to softening in the heat, soaking everything in the garage. I must order a new regulator.

That looks like a handy thing to have. Nothing worse than kids arriving back covered in sand. Where did you tap into the hot and cold water?

It's something I used all the time in France, just get yourself one of those wooden shower 'pallets' to stand on and shower away, I do. The wife and kids are mortified!!

I do keep the swimmers on....😂

I disconnected the hot and cold supply to the kitchen sink coming directly from the Truma heater, put in two brass equal tee's and connected two chrome flexible tap connectors directly to the shower outlet. Don't trust push on plastic.

Great Idea. Looks like that the next job on the list :-)

Here's a very simple solution that I use and love, can't be more practical.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/pr…UTF8&psc=1

Throw that into a bucket of water and you'll be golden! I use that to clean up my dogs, wetsuits, etc after a nice day at the beach and works a charm. Charges through USB and the battery lasts for a very long time.

Cheers,
Rami

I have a Glind heat exchanger that I had setup on a Landcruiser that I had previously, I powered it with a Sureflow diaphragm pump and it worked well to supply hot water for rinsing after being in the water. It wouldn't be a huge drama to fit it to the motorhome and have a pipe to run into a 20l jerry can of water for a high pressure rinse.
