Buying camper tyres is a painful experience.

Especially 16.5 inch tyres for an old wagon like ours :'( :'(

Kevin I posted some info about your tyres on Friday ,it must have got lost in transit.
North Hants tyres have your size in stock 800 to 900 x 16.5 radial for around £180 and 16.5 crossply for around £140 .
0044 1252 318666 or
e mail sales@northhantstyres.com
When I get back home on Monday I will check if the above is correct.

Thanks Martin.

Yep, I bought the 2 tyres from northhantstyres. I went for radials for the better roadmanners. Still at £180 + vat + delivery per tyre, it still hurts!
Luckily the GBP/euro rate is fairly reasonable at the moment, so it's not as bad as it could have been I guess!
I need 5 more tyres to complete the job but will spread it out over time. The 4 rear tyres have lotsa tread and look perfect, but are all +10 years old so I'm wary of them. The spare is +20 years old!
