Hi, We're just in the process of upgrading from a Bay VW to a 6 berth motorhome (hope to be picking up the new (to us) one in week or so). Unfortunately much as I (inparticular) loved the bay, it was very cramped when it was the 4 of us. Plus we want to go further, for longer. Before the bay we were looking at coachbuilts, but as it happens we would've picked the wrong layout without the knowledge we've picked up in the meantime.
So I guess we're not completely green to this, but obviously there's much more equipment in a motorhome compared to the camper, never mind the amount of storage we'll have in comparison! The water system will completely new, as will anything more than a gas hob! We only really did sites in the bay, but we hope to branch out into Aires/ SNI now we'll be more self contained - not quite sure we're ready to Wild Camp.
