Making a change.

Hi everyone, hope all's well. We are making a change from our current RV to something a little smaller. I'm taking our lovely '10 Gulfstream to England, originally to sell , but I've seen one I like so, hopefully it'll be a trade. Something a little smaller so we can explore the South and local roads a bit more, maybe even on my own with the dog if swmbo doesn't want to come
Something like this one, wish me luck :D

Best of luck with the deal Paul.
Looks amazing. Is that similar to the one Nigel from Bangor had?

I must call in for a catch up sometime.

Cheers fellas. Taking her over on 25th, Dublin/ Hollyhead (my free French offer :) ). Hope it's a good un' as we're always at a bit of a disadvantage (trading in England) having to ferry over means you're , sort of, on the back foot doing a deal ie: the dealer knows you've come a long way and are (perhaps) under pressure to buy. I've not bought a ferry ticket home yet as, if it's a no go then I'll have to fly (train, taxi :( ) home and leave her as a commission sale as we've already talked figures on the sale. Looking forward to being lower, narrower and lighter (the motorhome not me, worst luck)but, still 30' long tho', and being able to get to more places. The new one, is petrol and I'm getting her LPG'd locally as they quoted me way too much in England.

Hi there, bit late to get back, sorry. Our big 'beast ' sold last week and funds were duly transferred for the agreed amount, can't recommend Dreams RV enough, did what they said they'd do :) However, the one I was looking at didn't quite tick the boxes so, after a bit more looking I found a smaller, A class, 2014 Thor Vegas with 1 slide that I was very keen on, however, young son (must have better eyes !) saw a better spec. lower money 2014 Thor Axis single slide. Result, deal done, deposit paid and we pick her up on Monday 6/6. Looking forward to a more manageable 25ft long, 11ft high, 4 ton lighter motorhome experience, although, swmbo will miss the space, we still have loads of storage compared to most EU models and I hope to get out much more, put faces to names and enjoy the craic :)
