I exchange my one year for a two year last Tuesday and also got €7 back :D .

My MH is over 3,500kg GVW and I had been charged the HGV price of €13 when they issued the one year cert, the correct price is now €6 irrespective of GVW.

I didn't know I had to exchange the one year cert . Should I do it now or wait till it nearly out.

It's up to yourself, it will be dated to expire two years after the test date, not from when you exchange it.
You are entitled to a two year cert if the vehicle is less than ten years old, they could only give out one year certs back along until they got 'the system' sorted to issue two year ones
