Huawei e5330 mobile wifi connection issues

 ·

Just bought the above but after hours of playing with it I can still only connect to one device at a time, the box says it can connect to up to 10. Any idea what I am doing wrong or not doing right?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks Jamie

Never had a problem with mine Jamie. Have you tried turning it off for a minute.

Don't think you are doing anything wrong, I don't recall an option in the settings to allow more than one device, I think that's default. As Nick says - reboot - if that fails it may be faulty.

We can get up to 5 Ally and everytime we're away, both of us are on it.

Yeah I can get 10. What I meant was, I don't recall an option to set it as only one device., it defaults to maximum.

Might seem simple but you have put the access codes into all the devices you are attempting to log on with?

Once set up the mifi unit just puts out a signal and the limit on the number of devices is more to do with how many can be used whilst maintaining a connection speed. If you can only use one device it might be the incoming signal that's not up to it.

Used an iPhone and iPad Air all over France and Spain for 4 Months. Just back.No problems with both units anywhere. Same in ROI. In daily use for hours every day. Best investment I have ever made.
