Its Summer Today!!

Kids off soon - get the yoke restocked for the summer break!

Tramore Beach (West) or Dowlings ? Tough choice!

Cant book one place for "its the busy season" - no joke 🇧🇭 - So -risk it or drive on to another part of the country :police:

Where in your opinion is the best place to go in Ireland for a family holiday?

2014 / 2015 Recent Reviews only - not "when i was a lad" - when people mention the word "wireless"- they don't mean listening to one

Cheers

Depends on what you want and how far you want to go. If you want sites close to the beach I love going to Benone there you have a choice of 3, Benone Complex, Golden Sands and Dieghans. Of those 3 Dieghans would be my favorite as its the quietest and best kept (in my opinion), for flexibility as to what time you leave at then Golden Sands again stayed there 4 years ago in the caravan and left the site around 6pm not the usual 12 noon chucking out time. The 3 of them are close to the beach and beside each other, there is a chippy and small shop outside Golden Sands, a small pool at the Complex, a pub and Indian restaurant close to Dieghans. Coleraine and the Jet Centre for cinema, bowling, soft paly area etc are 10 mins away.

Another vote for Deighans at Benone....booked today for a few nights in July. Bring your wetsuit and Body or Surf board.
