Most cl's are listed by the club or association who certified them.

Membership of that club or association is usually required to make use of it.

Club members should be able to help you out with a list.

Don't know about the Irish Associations but in Britain the benefits of joining might outweigh the costs. For example I checked the online prices for the cheapest ferries with Irish Ferries then phoned the Camping and Caravanning Club (UK) with the details to book and saved £35. Membership last year cost about £37, and you also get access to all the CLs in Britain and N. Ireland. We also got a reasonably cheat insurance cover last year as members, though we switched this year as the price shot up.

i use a few cls here and they are great, quiet places with basic facilities and very reasonable.
as said before, you quite quickly get your membership back once you use sites and cls a few times.

i think the caravan club advertises theirs as if you use a cc site 7 times you have your money back as non members pay a premium.

having said that i have never been asked for my cc member card or number at any cl over here...:-)
