As some of you may know I keep ducks in my garden, yep the neighbours just love me lol.
Well after the winter and a slow start in the spring, the birds are now laying. Over 100 eggs this month so far. If anyone wants a few you are very welcome.
I made duck egg lemon curd this week ... god its good.
