Please stay tuned for an important announcement and possible warnings regarding cold weather. As always with our weather it changes quickly and we are now fully expecting a major cold spell throughout the rest of February and into March as most weather forecasting models are now in agreement and there is a high risk of cold conditions occurring. Timing for this is uncertain at this point although it does look like Northerly winds will set in from early next week with possible heavy snow mid week. We will make an announcement later today once more information is available. Please stay tuned

Who knows :)

Cold weather update:

Slight downgrade in the cold weather expected next week as high pressure sitting west of Ireland which is to block warmer air from the Atlantic has moved further east towards us, this may push the cold air slightly further east, but we are still expecting Northerly winds to set in from Mon/Tues. As to the extent of the cold and snow that still remains uncertain. At present the latest runs show it turning colder next week then briefly mild again towards the weekend before even colder conditions move back in the following week.

It looks like snow showers could become increasingly frequent and at times heavy during tomorrow and there could be several cms of snow accumulating and with strong winds there could be blizzard conditions across higher ground.

Sit in the MH, it's cheaper to heat than the house. Close all the blinds get a carry out and let on you are somewhere else. You could practise getting that satellite dish pointing the right place :)
