Talbot Pilote R750 '89 - Parts!

 ·

Hi

Looking for parts for a Talbot Pilote R750 - it is based on a Fiat Ducato (loosely it would seem!).

I need a rear brake equalizer - have rang lots of Dismantlers and its too old. Rang Fiat Main Dealer and they said it would be mid sept before they could get the part.

Anyone got suggestions for where I might get parts?

Based in Cork City

Cheers

Fionn

Hi,

I am near sure you will have to mail order from GB to get parts quicker, plenty of links and advice on this site: http://www.talbotoc.com/portal.php

Hope that helps

hi check gumtree and donedeal. I saw an ad in it this week for a breaker in Ireland of Ducato's. Also google 'No1gear' in UK. He has a great knowledge of ducato, especially older ones

Yeah for the price of a half bottle of wine for a year who would be without it. The subscription I mean! But the wine later. Lol

Thanks for all your responses! Got one from eastcoastcampers in the end. On a new mission now - Front drivers side indicator glass has gone missing. Kinda thing I would have thought I would notice but no!
Like this but on the other side http://postimg.org/image/l3fecrqrl/a0c7b422/
Going searching tomorrow and will try places mentioned above again but any additional tips much appreciated!

Cheers
