Sticky knob

Hi All, I think some cleaning product has corroded one of the gas control knobs on the cooker:

 


It’s a dometic sink and 2 hob unit.
If I use some silicone spray I can usually get it freed up, but then it happens again. Not sure about using lubricants in it in case it affects seals.

Is it possible to get a replacement part for these?
