Killarney 5 December overnight

 ·

Looking to overnight somewhere close to Killarney overnight on the 5 of December (the date is important and if you know then you know) electric hook up would be good, our dog doesn’t like gas heating, all sites appear to be closed in December. Any suggestions within 50 miles, preferably upwards would be great.
No other services required as we will be full and empty.

I seem to remember the Flesk campsite near the Gleneagle used allow motorhomes to overnight with hook up, but the toilet block would be closed. Maybe worth contacting them.

Better still Douglasha House Aire at Fossa 10 minutes to Killarney.

Stayed in the carpark behind the Plaza a few weeks ago on a Sat night(right bang in the center). Was around 5 other campervans there. Don't think I was breaking any rules as well which is a bonus. POarking is free on weekends and on weekday nights. Very good sleep. Won't solve your preference for EHU but might get you out of a bind!!

Thank you for the suggestion. The ehu is only important if it’s going to really cold as my super sensitive dog hates the gas heater. I’ll take a look at the Carpark.

The B&B suggested has been made to close the MH parking, planning issues.

Is see the plaza is not part of the convention centre I have emailed the convention centre and asked if their Carpark has height barriers? Not to overnight just to drop off and pickup.

Thank you I think I’m sorted now. I spoke to a B&B that turns out is closed, trying to book a pet friendly room, which they don’t have and when I explained what I wanted it for they said I could stay in their Carpark as long as I didn’t spread the word.

I took a book out recently about anti-gravity and I just can’t seem to put it down.

I took one out called 'The Dictionary'
Wasn't much of a thriller, couldn't make any sense of the plot, but at least it explained every word as it went along. Oh, and the Zebra did it.
