Ferry to Wales

I got the Ferry from Rosslare to Fishguard last week. No checks at all, not asked for our passport or the pet passport either leaving Ireland or entering Wales.
Now in Devon getting VB 4C air suspension fitted. Sunday Plymouth to Santander 20 hour crossing.
