A new policy from Stena today on their website

We will try to get more detail about the “designated area” but dogs in pet carriers will be allowed on deck 8 and we can stay with them after 1st November .

We kept our dog in the van coming back from France on Stena. We had no issues at all. There was a car close by, German reg, with a dog in a cage though. Not once did the owners come down to visit their dog on any of the allowed visits. So this dog who was now caged for 18 hours, was distressed and wouldn’t not stop barking.

What a disgrace! And I left a note on their windscreen to say so too.
