Water in my window

Hi Folks,
Recently noticed condensation forming in my window in the overcab bed area, managed to clear and dry it out, but lately with the heavier rainfall, it is beginning to fill with water, on closer inspection, it seems that there is a small gap between the panes, under the hinge... my question is, does anybody know if this can be resealed or do I need to get a new window?
Failing that, anyone know where I'd get fish small enough to fit in it and I'll use it as a mobile aquarium 😁 thanks in advance....

Unfortunately the seal has broken down and the window will have to be replaced .

Can you drill a couple of holes in the bottom to let the water out and air circulate to keep it moisture free?
