Yeah excellent was there a few weeks ago. A very good overnight stop over and an excellent museum. Well worth a visit.

It’s a great facility, our boys loved it, was there again a few weeks ago.
They get to handle actual firearms, and the guides sometimes will take items out of the display and hand them to you for closer inspection.
With their short opening season I don’t know how they’ll keep the doors open with those expenses.

We stayed a whole ago while on our way to Tayto park and then Tralee - we all loved it !!
Great display and our boys loved it
A must do stop!!

Just visited this museum, the owner is a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer any questions I had. Didnt stay overnight but has to be one of the best military museums I've been at.

I totally agree with you and everyone should make a point of going. I enjoyed it thoroughly and spent a day there researching things.
