On my recent trip to Spain I got some nice dashcam footage of a few scenic drives. The trouble is they are all in 5 min segments and I'd like to splice them together into a few seamless videos. Can anyone recommend video editing software that's easy to use by someone with an analogue brain working at dialup speed ? Also, how do you share videos without putting them on YouTube ? Thanks.

VLC is fairly comprehensive and easy to use. Free to download.

If you’re running Mac then iMovie is pretty good.

I should have added that 'If you don't know what any of that means, never mind'.

Thanks for the info guys, I've downloaded Animotica and to get my head around it at the moment. Hopefully Spielberg quality videos will be appearing in the future. :-)
