Thinking of selling

Hi folks
It's a good while since I posted here.

I have a 2006 Knaus Sun Traveller just passed the test and I realised I've only done 1000 miles in the last year.

I'll put a for sale post up when I get some pics taken, but I don't know where else I should advertise it.

Is it just the usual donedeal and adverts, or any other suggestions ?

Given the general levels of demand at the moment, you could do worse than ringing a few dealers to see if they're looking for stock. You might get more privately but it could take much longer to get it.

first add on Autotrader was for £32k. do you really want to sell it, last year was not a good year to judge. but if you are . please make it easy to sell by giving the correct details. 2006 Knaus Sun Traveller is not enough, your add should have.

Exact description model numbers etc, what chassis is it on, engine details,service record,Tyre condition/ age, what plates,is it on, last test date, number of beds,belted seats, max weigh ( car license ) L + W + H, list all Factory fitted equipment, any extras.going with it.offer a video walk around, if you can get one, particularly showing any body damage.

Take nice pictures too with the van clean and beds made up the number of adds with shitty phone pics and untidy van is very annoying

For those who have seen my ad, is there anything I've missed stating or showing ?

Should I also do a video walkaround, or do the pics show everything clearly enough

Add looks great with good info. Mobile.de has same can at 30 to 35k, so that's probably a fair price considering no import hassle. I'd say it will sell. I would paint the wheels and possibly dress the plastic trims too. I sold very similar knaus in 2018, a few years older, and it sold quickly enough. Good luck.
