Used to be called Provincial Motorhomes but changed their names a couple of years ago? Only dealing I had was to leave a Motorhome up to get some work done. Nice folk but not the quickest at getting back to you but if they were busy then they must be crazy busy now so no surprise. Might be quicker at sales than servicing/repairs.

I am being pointed in their direction as the official "Irish" Agent for Pilote Motorhomes. But I think I will go back to dealing with one in France, They answer email requests ( even if I don't quite understand what they are saying at first :-/ :D )

A lot of companies in NI are backwards with email. But they do answer phones. I had one the other day that told me they couldn't deal with me by phone and I had to email them. I give up. 😁

Try ringing them, then they'll be the opposite of France. They won't understand you. 😂

I asked a few questions over the phone during lockdown and they said they would find out and get back to me, I’m still waiting months later, and it was a sales question!

On account of the language barrier Martin, you would be better off continuing to deal with France. 😂

To be fair to them they needed to ask a question of their supplier (Marquis Leisure) and of the manufacturer and they did say they were having difficulty in contacting Marquis.

It is a fair bad state of affairs when a major Manufacturer don’t have a single dealer in the Republic especially if the crowd up north can’t even be contacted, you would think with Brexit it would be the other way round, crazy sending stuff from the eu to uk and back to the eu

update got a mail today, with apology for the delay because of how busy they are since travel was lifted.
Then asked for photos, before I could send a suitable reply, he apologised again and found the original mail with the photos attached.
So we will see how things progress.
