We were treated to this new programme on Channel 5 did not know if shown in NI or Ireland, maybe available on line now ?

Not a bad attempt but my own opinion would be that I would have found it more interesting if the programme had stuck to showing more coastal and less old mates cooking etc.

I did like Mizen Head and Skellig monastic settlement places I would really like to go but there unfortunately no way I could make all the steps to either now.

Skellig involves alot of steps alright David but Mizen is only a walk, as long as you like

Even without climbing the steps, there is beautiful scenery at Mizen.

Watched the programme by accident while flicking channels last night. Overall thought programme was well made and quite informative. Some really stunning aerial shots of the Burren and Dun Aonghasa on Inis Mor. Its amazing what drones can allow us to see these days.

Looking forward to next week and going from Sligo across N Ireland coast

Dun Aonghasa is well worth a visit.
Tip
If you are cycling there, take the LOW road.
Trust me 😰😰

Skellig Michael has an awful lot of steps, we have been twice. From memory ‘tho, there was also a boat that did a tour out to it, but didn’t drop people off onto the island, so you could get close to it and look at it, without having to land on the island - that would also be a worthwhile trip. It’s stunning part of the world.
