Keep your mind on the driving and your eyes on the road.

While messing about on my laptop during the week I discovered the photos from my Spanish trip in 2019. Don't ask me where they were or what happened to them, I thought I had lost them all and the bit of a blog I had started. Here's a bit of dash cam footage, sorry about the poor quality and noise. The real interesting bit is at 1:26

What was the bang o.O , was there much damage.

It's sometimes best to hit the brakes hard and hold your road not leaving the oncoming vehicle any room to pass. Being nice and pulling in to leave just or just not enough room can encourage the oncoming to give it a try with a bad outcome.

I’d say you needed clean underwear after that. And a whiskey 😳😳

The bang was a basket of fruit sliding off the worktop. There was no contact and no damage but it was close, with a strong rope you might have pulled a cat between both vehicles if it had been a scrawny one. No change of underwear required, we're not that easily panicked in the Sunny Southeast. :P

A little further on the same road. I'm glad we didn't meet in the tunnel, last minute of the video.

Liam, what part of Spain?

This is the bend where we met on the N-625. https://www.google.com/maps/@4…6656?hl=en

Near the Picos de Europe, another beautiful part of the country, had lunch in the little restaurant in the village. :( might be a while before we get that way again.
