Does anyone know of a good product for cleaning this stain off. I've tried a concentrated mix of Fenwicks Motorhome cleaner, but no success.

I agree about the toothbrush tip, but sometimes find it stressful smuggling it back into the bathroom before my wife wants to brush her teeth....
