Hello folks 🙋‍♂️
Currently my Fiat Ducato is turning over but not starting, not sure if it's starter or the glow plugs or even relay , if I purchase a multimeter would I be able to locate the problem this way?? cheers

If your engine is turning it's not your starter or your battery. Doubtful it's all four glow plugs at the same time, which relay?

Can't see how a multi meter would help you. A proper diagnosis maybe by a professional.

Is there any symbols on the dash

Everything is the same as far as the lights on the dashboard except maybe crucially the glow plug amber light is not coming on,

Don’t really need a multimeter for the older diesels, unless checking charging/outputs/voltage loss etc. Usual way is using a test lamp on the electrical circuits.
That age of van I’d be checking that the solenoid valve on the pump is getting power, and secondly the valve is actually pulling off the seat.
But it may be an actual fuel problem too (airlock/filter etc).......... simple checks any component mechanic could do to establish the problem.
