Probably are John, Remember they are their customers, they pay their bills, you in the other hand are a pain in the ass to them, you contribute nothing to their business, they would much prefer if you never contacted them, they don't need your negative publicity. but fair play to you, we need more people like you that don't take the easy option and bury their heads in the sand. I still think it is too easy for the hire company to wipe their hands of it and tell you they are livid. if someone opened one of my gates and let my cattle stray into someone's lawn, I wouldn't get away by saying I was Livid, Id have to pay for the damage.
