This link is circulating on some British forums. It seems Avon don’t make tyres which they regard as suitable for Motorhomes or caravans.

My guess is they know Motorhomes and caravans are frequently overloaded, so they want to avoid getting caught up in that cats cradle by simply making the statement. I assume they don’t make tyres with extra plies in the sidewalls which other companies designate as camper tyres to run at 80 psi on the rear. So avoid the grief by simply declaring their tyres are not suitable.
I dare say that their tyres are used on commercial vans which are usually also fitted to Motorhomes subject to axle loads. Seems a bit of a cop out.
