Mobilsat Satellite system- cant locate satellite

I have an old (17 years) satellite system on my motorhome. When parked in my drive at home after a couple of attempts the satellite was able to locate Astra 2. Now I'm parked up on site in Enniscrone it cant seem to find it. There is nothing in the way and it's fairly open. After reading a few threads here and elsewhere its likely the system needs an update, my first question- is there anyone in Ireland that could update it for me?

Secondly, if not, I wouldn't mind just using it manually (for all I use it) but what is the best way of locating the satellite manually, do I need a little device, I saw an analogue looking one with a needle in a tv shop for about 15 euro, would this do the job?

Go onto the manufacturer website and look for updates for your model , put them on laptop or stick and update the sat control box , I don't think you can run the dish manually as it's turned by the motor's
