I’m going to order one soon but just get one without the gauges and compressor. I already have the same compressor off my RAC tyre inflator and just plan to pump them up and leave them. Won’t be using them for levelling.

John just-a small bit of advice when taking the old rubber stops of ,it says tap the metal holders with a hammer and chisel don’t do it there is a nut welded inside the channel and is only held with two spot welds ,instead put a oil filter clamp on it and screw it off that way ,good luck with the fitting give me a shout if you need any info

Bought a proper soft vehicle brush for washing the camper...handle is extendable with good long reach...28 euro.

Cheap as chips means that you only have to set the shower temp once, the off/on button on the one I bought worked great under greater household pressure so should be OK in the van and of course does mean that when going for a long sit down and ponder and resolve all the worlds problems when turning/twisting round you dont get wet from the dam shower being switched on.

Just bought a spare cassette toilet, talked about it for some time now.
First time to buy anything from the Caravan and Motorhome club.
£85 + £7 post. Not a bad price.
Like someone else said here it was cheaper to buy the fresh up set which includes a new seat.
Now I need to make a bracket for storing it under the van.

There is a Fiammi one, well there used to be. Just be aware when it's full and you need to put it in or take it out from under the van, keep in mind the weight and the access.

Aldi were selling these a couple of yrs ago and my brother in law got one for his canal boat, great piece of kit and very robust

Absolutely brilliant idea, Rosi carries a we book in our camper and when we are away for extended breaks everything is noted down ,it is really surprising how much it matters when you look back at a later time.

just treated the MH to a set of 4 new shiny ear brake discs/drums, 6 sets of brake pads and a brake caliper. Thank goodness I didn't need handbrake pads, that's 4 more sets. I need a lie down

I just took delivery of a second Thetford cassette. Having a spare will be very handy. This one actually has wheels, unlike the first. The missus will really appreciate that 😁
