You can use the Ally method on your teeth as well but the polisher is s bit hard on the gums :o

It's a paint cutting paste. Designed to be used with a buffer and compound head ( sponge or wool ).

I used G3 on my 01 plate Skoda with 15000 miles from new, came up a treat, also good for taking scrapes out of motorhome windows in conjunction with 2000 grit wet and dry sandpaper
