It could be a pcb fault have you got a manual if not google the pdf file for it another thing you can try take the cover of the back you should see push on connectors put a meter on them to see if your getting a reading you ma have dirty connections if your getting a reading at the connectors it’s more than likely a pcb fault ,on the pcb board you can see the connections for road mains and gas test these with your meter good luck

If it's of any help at all, I had a similar fault on my 2004 Rimor...it turned out to be a dirty spade connector on the leisure battery control box. (Not sure if that's the correct terminology).
The dirty connection had caused the cable to overheat around the area and melt the insulation.
An easy fix, but it could have been so much worse.

If we had the model you have, I feel confident that someone may have information for you. Without that information, it is a bit like asking,, how big is a hole

That error code indicates that the mains (ESB) voltage is too low for the fridge to operate on mains. If you are connected to ehu at home, I would check all your connections, plugs, sockets, lead, etc, that you have connected to your van. According to the error code, you have a substantial volt drop somewhere on the supply

If you have a multimeter you could check the voltage at the fridge, preferably at the element, to see what it is, at that point
