I have used it at 330W, and it does cook all be it about twice as long .

When fitting a microwave securing it is the easy part,what is more important I think is that you fit it below face level, of the smallest person going to use it .
You don't want soneone spilling something when taking hot stuff down above eyelevel.
The result is not nice.
Good advise thanks for the tips i will tackle it tomorrow
I will be the only one using it wild camping at the lakes i am no good at cooking so heating ready made foods and stews using the generator will be very handy
Thats a good plan as i have to leave the press door and frame off to get the oven to fit
