Hi, this is probably a daft question , but il ask anyway, our Camper has trumatic c6002 water / heating system, does this heating system work off 240v, or does it only heat the water on hook up, I had van plugged in and heating on ehu setting, but no air blows?
Works fine on gas mode

I don't have a operational manual

Thanks
Paul

Do a Google search for the manual, and see if your boiler has electric heating, gas does air and water heating, electric only does air heating and obviously only works on ehu

It might have the wrong board in it, ours used to work on 220v until it broke down and a Motorhome dealer fitted the wrong board when repairing it and it no longer works on 220v

Google suggests that the c6002 EH is gas only. Are there different models.

Has it the second dial, ours has two dials, I was in the exact same model Motorhome as ours last week and it only had one dial and hadn't 220v

Clear up something here, did it heat the water when you had it plugged into EHU ?

Hi , yes water heats up no issue on ehu, as Baguette posted it's looking like gas only on heating .

Thanks for the help Gents, seems there are many different models and set ups on theses heaters, can be a bit confusing.

All the manuals I have with van are in German or Dutch, so I'm still working out how all the stuff works . I'm nearly there 🤪

If you can get the serial and model number from the unit itself, then maybe contact Trauma for a set of instructions to be sure nothing is missing.
