If there aren't any surfaces cold enough to make it condense, the moisture stays in the air. Once the windows and doors are opened the next day, cold dry air will start to come in and the warm moist air will go out.
Moist air won’t kill you. Condensation is a problem. Ventilation is required no matter what.
I hear the Karcher Vac doesn’t work upside down btw. I got an Aldi that does work upside down. You would need to turn it upside down when trying to get the bottom of my windscreen over the dash.
Silverscreens, must look into them.
