Ok I got the heater and and set it up on a bench.wont start up.. only noticed that it came out of a 24v lorry.. back plate says 12v on heater but theres a tiny red sticker that's says 24v.. can it be modified?

Ok so I left the camper to a guy near castlebar.. he tried it with his igniter and it works.. hes also gonna service the fridge and do a habitation check..
I'm now worried about going away on these frosty nights using butane.. is it a big job to change to propane..

We always used butane in the last van summer and winter and never had a problem. I didn’t know about propane until we bought the current van and our butane bottle wouldn’t connect to it.😀

Have to agree there, our first 2 vans were on Butane and we came close to a problem with cold only once when we had the consistant low temperature for weeks a few years ago

Its going to Europe in January. Starting in france then working it's way around europe through Netherlands Germany.. kind of clockwise. So it will get a lot of consistent cold..
