New ford running gear

Hi all am looking a a chausson with the new ford cab and chassis anyone drove one of these any feedback I think I’d prefer fait ducato but it seems the chausson have started using ford more 🚐

Biggest problem seems to be security and vehicle theft affecting newer Transits particularly across the water (although Fiat is suffering too) followed by problems with injectors. MMM magazine raves about the Transit’s driving position and road holding in contrast to the harsher ride and “dated” interior of the Ducato. In terms of looks I prefer the sleeker Ducato and the Jury is still out on Ford’s anti corrosion abilities if you plan on keeping it a few years.

I believe Ford used Peugeot engine blocks with Ford heads and ECU. Dont know if that's still the case....Then again I could be totally wrong and talking BS..

Strange happenings,. I've rust proofed two Ford's, one last week and one this week. What's going on with their factory protection?

They seem to have started both vans and half way through went for tea!
