Satellite Channels

 ·

Hi Guys
Would anyone know what the fix is for this problem. I have a Snipe Satellite and I am having problems with the channels. After scanning I got all the channels I wanted and added them to a Fav Group. They all played fine. The next time I put the dish up I would get only some of the channels. BBC 1 & 2 NI would not get a signal and some of the +1 Channels for example. Would it be as simple as the decoder?

Thanks

Well its a maxview free satbox supplied by maxview. Its what I,m using and am very happy with it the little sensor type piece in the pic is the remote control,s remote eye its ideal for a manual sattelite dish as has a easy find feature for quickly respond to a signal. Can,t help with other pics

I,m using a Maxview manual dish which is available from Maxview there are 2 dish sizes if you ever intend using it in europe go for the larger on
The scart connector goes to your tv the dish connects to the satbox with a coax cable

The dish I have is large ..seems that its only the lnb holder that's broke.. gonna get pics tomorrow and post them. Or try to find the proper bracket online..is it difficult to find the proper direction to point it at

Saorview isn't broadcast via satellite afaik...

Ahh you mean the box, I'm sure you can get a TV tuner box with built in satellite.
