Just got my first camper. Fiat ducato 2.5 diesel non turbo left hand drive. Waterpump gone and engine slow to turn over. Any ideas where I could get one please or get it repaired. In cork. Maybe get the engine reconditioned. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

Ebay is great for Ducato parts. Not sure about a mechanic in Cork but I am sure someone will be along soon.

I got some more obscure parts for my 1998 LHD Turbo Ducato on Mister Auto no problem. They even have an app. Just Google “Mister Auto”. One of the parts I needed was LHD specific.

Like Gavin I too have used www.mister-auto.ie for my bits, I have recently bought 2 new front discs , Bolk oil, which is up to merc spec, and filters at very competitive prices. I have been told that Mr Auto is now part of Citroen which is probably why they are so good for bits of Citroen Fiat, and Peugeot

Fire blade, reading between the lines is your vehicle pre 1994? If so contact Coastal motorhomes via google and he will sort you with a water pump, best to ring them with the spec of your engine but he does a good service for the older Fiat, Peugeot and Citroen vans or ring them on 01202 978554 and no I have no connection apart from being a very happy customer

Mister Auto is owned by the PSA group, which makes a lot of automotive parts and cars.
Therefore it makes sense that they would carry a lot of parts for the SEVEL vans, that said I have used them for a lot of Japanese parts as well and they have been very good.
You need to do your homework as to what you actually need as they commonly list all the parts for that van and year and its up to you to know the part numbers or sizes that you need.
