They do say that there is nothing new
Whilst on a trip to the coast last week I almost crashed the car looking over my shoulder at a MORRIS MARINA estate campervan.
Wish I had taken a picture, white it was with wide yellow stripe and yellow bumpers. No lifting roof so must have been a bit cramped inside.

Also bought back a long forgotten memory when me and a mate hired a tiny Thames Trader 7cwt camper van and as far as I can remember it didn't have a lifting roof, This must have been mid 60s we tried to tour Scotland and it hammered it down all the time so we came home again after 4 days of the planned 14. So thought would start a new thread "What do you remember of your first ever trip
