Dog trailer for bikes

This is suitable for small dogs - a Westie for example and works a treat. It's very stable when attached to the bike and is very easy to tow. It's made by the company 'Trixie'. Includes the attachment for the bike. It's in perfect condition and only used on 2 holidays. Price €45.
This is the link to the same trailer on Amazon - I can't seem to upload the photos of mine. I can send them to anyone by message if interested.

Just looking at amazon, it's maybe too small, it's for two Shih Tzu's?

We’ve got the mid-sized Trixie trailer for our girl. The picture here might not show it very well but it is over sized for her. She is about the size of a Westie. You could surely get two Shitzu in a mid-sized. The Trixie brand are very well made. I did regret not getting the smaller trailer for her but it turned out we can fit a fair amount of shopping and beer in this too 👍

( the editor flipped my pic side ways, not sure why ?? )

I think you are right - it might be a bit small for 2 dogs. I don't seem to be able to post any photo properly to show you my Westie in the trailer - it keeps telling me that the photo is too big and in the wrong format. She fitted in it quite well but there wasn't much room to spare for the beer!! I agree with the other posts that the Trixies are very well made and also that it is brilliant for shopping too. I live in Kinsale but if you are still interested I might be able to get it to Youghal for you. I bought a bigger one this year as my dog had surgery on her leg before the holidays and wouldn't be able to walk a lot so I got a child's one with the handle that turns it into a buggy so we had the trailer for the bike and a buggy for walking.

I think I'll give it a miss if you think it would be too small for our two dogs, pity 😕

Your post has told me exactly what I need to buy now though so thanks 😁

Thanks for the hint about the photos. You can see the original one here and as I said earlier it might be a bit small for 2 dogs.
The second one is the latest one (sideways) which converts to a buggy too and is also great - she loves them both. You should definitely get one - we found them fantastic.

That looks like the same size as my trailer, which I thought was oversized for our pet. And at a guess I would say it could accommodate two small dogs. What I can do is confirm my trailers dimensions and see if they match yours #lookaround. If so I can bring my trailer to this weekends craicmeet where I believe Ally is attending, just to have a look. If you want Ally?

That's great - because for me to get it to Youghal would be a bit of a pain - I thought I had a contact travelling to Ardmore but not now I'm afraid - I can certainly drop it to Cork though. I'll wait to hear from you so.

We have the larger size up from this and if your dog is determined like ours is, he had no problem escaping. We had to use a harness to keep him inside before giving it up as bad job. I
