Hi, Just new to this forum and looking for a little advice. I have an Ariel that came with my camper van when I bought it and up to recently was able to get digital freeview. Looking for a better Ariel this time around. What would you recommend and do I need to buy a separate booster as well? Thanks in advance.

I just use two non powered aerials from eBay at £4.90 each. I have one on the kitchen window and one on the lounge window and switch between the two of one does not get good reception but rarely have to switch. I can’t find the one so have on eBay at moment to link to hem but they are just an aerial lead from the TV input and a think bit of material with wire in it. I had 83 channels in Bangor (NI) last night and only in complete black spots do I not get lots of channels. No need to spend big money. I use it with a Cello 12v Tv which has Saorview built in. I use them as a back up on my home TVs and they work fine there too.
