Anyone else going to this festival.

Sound of the Shore

Just booked tickets, contacted the organisers and they are happy for me to park a motorhome with in the car park for the evening.

Location is just outside Ballyronan, on the lough shore, all set on a little beach with bar and food available on site.

Is there a real website for it?

Can't see one, and then no one turns up and they wonder why! 50% of people are not on FB. Their FB page won't come up anywhere else, blah blah blah 🤪

Businesses and event organisers really need to get with it, FB is not what they think it is. It's like advertising in one newspaper, instead of them all, websites are them all.

I spoke to a business in Portstewart at the weekend, not doing to good, asked them to let me have a look at their website "oh we just use Facebook" therein lies your problem!

I'm away for a cold beer 😁

Wtf is facebook. I know but won’t get involved, my business is mine. What’s app is owned by them and that’s as close as I’ll be!

So do we think this could be a scam? I see a link to it on Eventbrite, limited to only 200 people and incredibly cheap.

I don't think it's a scam at all.

My bad, I got the wrong
end of the stick. Yeah so why not have a website? I don’t have a Facebook so I get locked out trying to follow the link.
