An the latest thing to break is....

Hi folks,
A ‘non-Motorhome family member’ attempted to open one of the door releases for the garage door on the camper and managed to break the handle off. (Gggrrrrrrrrr!!!🤬)
I have the remnants and I don’t think it’s salvageable as I don’t think glue will cut it.
Any idea where I might get a replacement door handle / latch? ... I’m not even sure what to call them. 😀

Any help / info as ever much appreciated.

What's the make and model of your van Justin, Donaghy's near you might be a good place to start looking

They are known as paddle handle locks.
They should be readily available on ebay, etc.
However to use the same key, the lock barrel will need to be swapped out of the old lock. A bit tricky but doable.

It’s a 2006 Challenger Genesis 45 on Fiat Ducato.

Donaghys will also remove let you use the master key to take the existing barrel out so that you can use the existing barrel on new paddle

If you are anywhere near Wexford, I have master keys for fap locks to change out the barrel
