It covers some English routes in between as well I think, not sure which ones

Connaught only does Cork - Santander Tuesday and Friday plus Cork - Roscoff Mondays. It has no route out of England.

Any bets on whether or not I get any sort of reasonable reply.

I would like you to bring the ministers attention to the Fiasco that is the way Brittany ferries are treating their Irish Customers.
It is an absolute disgrace that once again the Irish holiday traveler is being held to ransom by a Ferry company who are making Millions of Euros and seem to be able to treat their Customers in such a shoddy way without any arm of the Irish state doing anything to intervene. they have closed their Cork office and will not answer any communication and offer any compensation for loss involved in people having to make other arrangements.
A taxi driver would not be able to get away with this type of behavior.
If you follow the link below you will be able to understand some of the frustration imposed on the Irish holidaymaker.

Best regards as always.

send emails to anyone you can think of who needs a thorn in their B/side.
like the Minister for Defence to come to the aid of Irish consumers from the French Pirates. The minister for justice and ask if he is willing to take a case against the French. The Minister for Agriculture to take the case against the French Farmers who own Britany Ferries. The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade for the same reason. and then all our lovely new MEP.

Just keep going through the list you will think of others.

I got and answer ,you all can decide what you think.
Our Ref: TTAS-MO-02639-2019

Dear Mr.D.

With reference to your e-mail of 4 June 2018, in regard to Brittany Ferries I should advise that they are an independent commercial company operating cargo and passenger services between Ireland, France and Spain under the French flag. While this Department has no role in their operational decisions my Department through the Irish Maritime Development Office works closely with all existing ferry operators and have been in contact with the Company.

I appreciate the frustration the recent cancelations have caused to both businesses and holiday makers who use the Brittany Ferries Service from Cork. EU Regulation 1177/2010 sets out the rights of passengers travelling by sea in the event of cancellation of services. The National Transport Authority (NTA) is the designated enforcement body for the Regulation in Ireland.

The NTA have created an information page on their website for passengers affected by the Brittany Ferries cancelations which you can access at the following link:

https://www.nationaltransport….o-roscoff/

Further details of the Regulation and the rights of ferry passengers in such circumstances are available both on the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport and the NTA websites. You can access our information note on your rights under the Regulation here
https://www.nationaltransport….-rights-2/

Now that you have a bit of time on your hands, maybe send an email to French version of Dept of marine.
The Irish department has more or less said that it's a French problem.

I was hoping that this Guy I met from Wexford ( he seemed like a very nice chap at the time ) would have invited me with him to recuperate for a few weeks until I could get back on two feet, but he fecked off to France while I was Under Sedation

Read the press release Mr Flipperdipper but there is a ship called Kerry already sailing. It is a container ship so I dont know if a Ro Ro can carry the same name.

You're right the ship you refer to is the MSC Kerry formally called VILLE DE NORMA. There's no problem with two ships having the same name, there's loads of them out there.
