I was trying to plan for a trip to France later in the year. I was using Camper contact but when I went to update the data it failed. I have tried it on two separate devices. It also won't translate reviews. Is anyone else having this problem. I have also tried reinstalling the app.

Yes had the same issue last week took about 4 attempts to update the data. Also had issues trying to search various areas in Spain.

I having similar issues with the payed version of the app.
Like yourself, I have reinstalled and updated the app with no success.

Had the same issue too.
Solved by letting it download on WiFi overnight...... massive file, over 1gb if you go for offline maps, pictures and reviews.
Running mine on old(ish) iPad.

Just figured out my problem.
I was logged out of the app.
Click on account, input your registered email and password.
2 weeks ago, my phone got a bunch of updates and while at it I ran a storage cleaner and dumped a pile of old files and apps.
During this process, I must have logged out of campercontact.

I had to delete the app and reinstall. Then download.all my off line maps. It then updated after a few attempts. Working fine now on phone & tablet
