Fiat Ducato 2.8 CO2 emission for VRT

Hi all, I recently bought a Euro Mobile in from the UK and in the process of trying to VRT it I was asked to produce a spec sheet for the vehicle showing its CO2 emissions.

Now I have all the original documentation that came with the vehicle, including the cert of conformity but I cant find any reference to CO2 output.

Has anyone came across this before or know where I can get this information? The base vehicle is a 03 Ducato 2.8 JTD

As Far as I know from mine which is 2003 there is no emission cert issued as it is done by sight ,i.e. black smoke. I think it is from about 2008 that they test the exhaust emissions in the UK and NI as these have the later engines and exhaust systems.

CO2 emissions are not tested in an MOT / CVRT test. If it's not on the V5, you'll need the figures from the manufacturer. If you can't get a CO2 figure, you can calculate it from the official MPG figures.

I importeed a 2003 rapido in late 2016 and was never asked for that. I just had to produce the original uk vehicle registration cert, there was never any mention of CO2 emmisions

Thanks for the responses, I think the problem with mine is that the CO2 section on the V5 is blank. The tester told me that I will be charged the standard HGV toll rate when going through tolls if I cant produce an emissions spec. I'll call Fiat tomorrow and see if they can help

I've never seen a CO2 figure on a registration certificate.
The toll rate for motorhomes is the same as for cars irrespective of size or emissions.
AFAIK Austria is the only country with emissions related tolls.

The CO2 emissions in this country is simply based on the year of the vehicle when they decided to bring it in.
If you have a 20year old vehicle and have a one year old engine system fitted they will not upgrade that vehicle.
