Thanks for the shoutout. Myself and Aaron are recording the podcast as often as we can and we would really love your thoughts on the episodes so far and also suggestions on things to cover from news to products, to campsites etc.

Looking forward to more.

Welcome to MotorhomeCraic, if there is anything we can do to help or assist you both with the podcasts then just shout, its great to have podcasts set with an irish perspective and with local knowledge and reports.
I think you both have a winner on your hands.
Well done.

Thanks Chris, looking forward to it.

I must also say well done to Aaron for the the 'Charlie and me' channel. I watched my way through a good few episodes over the weekend. Its nice to have a videographers perspective to irish campsites and being able to get a virtual walkaround the sites adds another dimension which is really helpful.

Between the both of you, you'e making a huge contribution to the camping scene. I hope the subscriber and view numbers soar for both projects!

I use an iPhone but it should work in a similar way. You would need an app from the Google play store. If you click on the play store icon (triangle icon) on your phone screen (might be hidden somewhere) and look up the word “Podcast”. This should give you a range of free podcast apps. Install one and then open it and search for “camping crew”. The podcasts should come up and then you can download them.

Camping Crew Podcasts

 ·

[quote="ChrisByrne"

Hi Chris, I was listening to some of the latest podcasts Great stuff well done :up:
One was on alarms and the need to check the batteries are good and in date, something else which people don't generally know is that the alarms have a recommended life span, it will be printed on a label on the body of the alarm itself. I returned alarms that were not working only to find the replacements the shop gave me had the same dates which were 3 years into the lifespan.
( slow seller )
The other was on the content of first aid kits. I have often taught, what do they put huge shell dressings in, you know the sort of thing you see in comedy sketches wrapped around a fellows head, ( stupid space fillers ) until my Granddaughter came off a set of roller skates, I had to use two of then to close the opening under her Knee. The moral is, something might look stupid in a domestic kit but leave it there and hope you never have to use it.
Also, add sudocrem, the all-around burn/rash treatment.
