Admins are doing a lot of work in the background, ensuring motorhomecraic.com and Motorhomecraic Club become the best motorhome site available.
JJF at the moment is sourcing, pricing and negotiating for the supply of merchandise, with the Club logo on, for sale to members, at the best price we can.
These will include, all things going well, hats, beanies, tees, hoodies, stickers, mugs and more.
What better time to join Motorhomecraic Club?

Could a Craic version of this be made? Great for Christmas and Birthday presents.

We’ve got quite a bit of stuff almost ready to go on-line, clothing/mugs/ holdalls/pens/and other bits and bobs.....
Our biggest problem is postage to ROI, coming in too expensive........ so we may give people the option to order merchandise and pay on-line and have it taken to the MHCC meets for distribution....
For example, a mug postage to NI/GB is 98p, to post it to ROI with An Post is €6.25,costs even more via Royal Mail to ROI..... therefore not cost effective to post to ROI.
Will announce the on-line shop soon.

Postage to RoI from Norn Iron is expensive alright but a couple of times we have skipped over the border and posted from there. Bit of a nuisance at times but saves on the pennies.

Isn't Donegal in the south Jon, is it still €6.25 from there?

Yes, that’s our local post office in Donegal. Cheapest rate was €6.25 to another address in ROI. Know the lads well in our local post office and that was the best and cheapest rate they could offer.
I can post the same parcel from Strabane in Northern Ireland to anywhere in GB for 0.98p.
I haven’t actually asked for price from Strabane to ROI but been told by my mate (huge eBay seller) that it will be expensive too..... but I will check when in Strabane again.
I may offer postage to ROI when we launch the on-line store but it will make the items too expensive, better option is offer free delivery at the MHCC meets on pre ordered/paid items.

Jon,
Some of my ROI buyers on ebay used to use Parcel Motel, where I posted to an address in Newtownabbey for the normal UK 2nd class post which on Ebay at present is £2.90.
I don't know what Parcel Motel charged the buyers but nobody has used it lately.

Yeah, ROI postage is a complete and absolute rip off.
Just mailed 2 more parcels to Cork and Tipperary, €9 each as there was 2 of each item enclosed.
We cannot supply anymore as the postage is so expensive.

That is interesting, I bought a satellite Dish off Donaheys a couple years ago and the postage was €50 which I thought was a bit steep, anyway I went in to the storeman at work and he got it down by courier for €8 through what every deal the company have done with the courier company
