I had a claim on my Motorhome policy, and had to inform my car insurer. They bumped my premium as well, so two hits from one bump.

I have my car, motorhome and two classic vehicles all with Adrian Flux so that’s all my eggs in one basket there. Could be 4 hits for the price of one!

Doesn't matter, they all share the same information how else can they keep screwing the customer's.
What would, in an industry where they all work off the same sheet normally be called ?.
Not competition.
They are the only industry, that can discriminate ,on Age, Gender, Race, Religion, Social standing, or Home location, and can carry on business with total disregard for law or simply human Rights,so long as they make money. with the full Government approval.
Do any of know what the real figure of your car insurance is ?

I think it would be unwise not to tell them. In any event you are asked at renewal time if you had an intervening accidents/claims (in past 5 years?.) It would be unwise to give them a reason to disallow/cancel your insurance.
