Major Roadworks on N11 at Kyle Cross. Commencing Monday 16th. April for 10 weeks until 22nd. June. Restricted access at Kyle Cross. Stop and Go on mainline. Tourist season is starting let's dig up the roads so they'll stop and have something to look at. 🇧🇭

Take junction 23 on M11 and come down through ballycanew, over bridge into Wexford. Turn left at the bridge and straight out to Rosslare. You will lose no time going that way

I agree. We use exit 23 always when going to Wexford (Ferrybank) or Rosslare. The road is ideal, but can be tight when meeting creamery lorries etc. Having said, that it is an ideal shortcut.

How are the roadworks on N11?. Still same advice as above posts?
Heading for Rosslare on Friday hoping to leave Dublin at 10 ( doubt it!) even though latest check for Irish Ferries in is 3pm we like to be early in Q, so early off in Roscoff ( son on same ferry by car...they will leave later than us).
Anyone else on this ferry? No plans what direction we will go in France, waiting to see where weather is good.

N11 Ferrycarrig to Kyle Cross (L3005 / L3006 junction) Pavement Scheme Starting Wednesday the 12th for 13 weeks. Initial works to include survey and drainage works. Pavement Works to follow. Stop go Traffic management will be necessary along with lane closures. This will affect anyone coming this route for the ferry in Rosslare, and just in case you're thinking of cutting on to the R741 and sneaking in over Wexford bridge we've got that covered too. Road Works on the R741 between Ferrybank North and the second junction at Crosstown till Friday the 5th of October between the hours of 08.00 to 17.00. Happy driving. :-)

I think that's all sponsored by the Dublin Port Company.

Grrr......... I hate those Stop/Go boards.

Why don't they paint Go on both sides and the traffic would move more freely.

Don't get me started on average speed cameras.

Why don't they spend a bit more and get really good speed cameras?
